I'm an author, podcaster, and professional coach helping men outgrow porn and heal childhood trauma.

I was a boy who loved Jesus and hated porn, but I couldn't stop using it. For years I fought "the battle for purity" with limited results. I could resist porn for increasing amounts of time, but in the end I always relapsed....

I felt frustrated and exhausted. The type of porn I preferred felt too powerful. And I still had no idea WHY...

Eventually, I realized my specific sexual fantasies were connected to what happened to me as a boy. That's when porn began to lose its power.

I've been free from porn for the past 10 years—not by battling sexuality, but by befriending sexuality and blessing the boy within me.

In 2020, I founded  Husband Material, a movement of Christian men outgrowing porn with 6,000+ members and over 700K podcast downloads.
